About the Position

Main Responsibilities

The main task as a storekeeper is to be part of the team at the ammunition and weapon section in daily operations. An operation that consists of delivering logistical support to the units at Halmstad Garrison. In the section, we work daily with the handling and storage of ammunition, weapons, and related materials. The position thus includes regular contact with our customers at the ammunition and weapon counter; inventory of materials; receiving supplier orders as well as issuing goods declarations. In addition, there are certain administrative tasks in our accounting systems LIFT and PRIO (SAP). During workdays, tasks may vary in both content and pace several times. The team currently consists of six people.

Characteristics and Experience

We are looking for a person who has a sense of order and service, is responsible, and enjoys working both administratively and practically. We see initiative and collaboration skills as two important qualities in you. Good computer skills and experience in administrative tasks are a requirement. Since the position can be physically demanding, we also expect you to engage in some form of wellness activities to consciously promote good health for yourself. Furthermore, you have the ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written language, in both Swedish and English. Qualifications

Driving license B (manual transmission)
High school education
Good computer skills
Experience in administrative and practical work

Meritorious

Previous experience in service, accounting, and knowledge of military materials
Completed basic military training with a passing result
Driving license C/CE
Experience with the Armed Forces' accounting systems LIFT and PRIO (SAP)
IFTEX
Experience working with weapons and/or ammunition

Salary

Individual salary setting applies.

The minimum placement for this position is 29,350 SEK/month.

Work Location

Halmstad. Travel and short-term service at other locations may occur.

Other

The position is a permanent full-time civilian employment with the placement in Halmstad. Start date is by agreement, and a six-month probationary period applies.
